We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer easy replacements. In case, you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Email us a few photographs with the order number and item code customercare@theyellowdoorstore.com. We will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours. We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or just send you a replacement part. If you are not satisfied with your product you can e-mail us at customercare@theyellowdoorstore.com within 3 days of purchase.
