At The Yellow door, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will then make arrangements for picking up the damaged pcs and arrange for a prompt replacement.We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. 

If you are not satisfied with your product you can e-mail us with 3 days of purchase.  You can return merchandise through the courier (at your cost) and take a refund. However the courier cost will not be re-funded. For detailed procedures for returning items through the mail, please contact us on the phone- 7 days a week, 7:00 am - 10:00 pm (IST)

There will no returns on Bulk items or on discounted items.
